The Courier Guy dont care at all

Horrible, horrible service. I wish i could give a 0 star. They also mixed up my parcel with someone else in Somerset West. I send an email inquiring about the parcel that i presumably already received and the Riana at helpdesk send me a picture of the other client's waybill. Thats exactly my point !!!! I did not get my high value parcel !!! I rep**** to her a few times to ask her to track down the parcel. No reply. They dont care at all. I will not use them again . Terrible service !!! They definitely dont know what they are doing. Im still waiting on a response for them to find out where my parcel is.
