The Courier Guy does NOT deliver Nationwide...

Today, I am very disappointed in Courier Guy... They state, that they deliver "Nationwide" - which to me means anywhere in South Africa right?... Wanted to send a parcel of 10.4Kg to a small town called "Niekerkshoop" - local branch said no problem and it will cost R250.00. Closest town to Niekerkshoop, or where Courier Guy has a branch, is Prieska. Once they received the package, the Priska branch informed the recipient it would cost an additional R2,400.00 to deliver to Niekerkshoop, as they don't travel on dirt roads (Only way to reach this small town...) The recipient, then had to pay someone else R400 (which she can not afford) to go and collect the parcel... This is ridicules and unacceptable
