The Courier Guy does not deliver

DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY Worst courier company ever. Made a booking to collect a cake which I was informed telephonic they could do. Paid for 2 business day delivery as this is fresh goods. Been battling since Wednesday the 04 to get a tracking number was told today I might get it on Tuesday next week. So impressed with their non delivery of service. I was also blamed for not reading all the fine print because the customer is never right.
