The Courier guy does not care about their customers

The Courier guy does not care about customer service. I booked our gazebo on Monday in Jhb for arrival on Friday to Durban, in time for the Comrades marathon. Today, Saturday, I'm struggling to get anyone to help me. Their Whatsapp did not help, support emails & calls to call centre all fell on deaf ears. No help at all. My children will stand in sun tomorrow watching their dad running the Comrades marathon. This company does not know the meaning of customer service, and do not care about their customers. Dont waste your money on them, dont use their service.
