The Courier Guy dishonesty at it’s best

A package was sent by a vendor, I received the code in an sms on 15 December. The Courier Guy showed up 9:31. But couldn’t find my parcel in the van at all. Promised he’d be back and I didn’t need to worry. Then never showed. Now on tracking, they claim no one was home to receive the parcel? Really? What kind of service is this? At least be honest!
