The Courier Guy dishonesty

i need help regarding this matter, i used The Courier Guy *** to deliver my parcel i never received my parcel from them, i called and gave them waybill number to ask how far is my parcel they were surprise that i haven't received my parcel, they promise to get back to me, which they never did i had to call them again to ask what is going on the answer was sorry your parcel got lost the driver doesn't recall where he deliver your parcel and it was taken by the wrong from here at warehouse, this driver that took your parcel is not for that area, we will do a claim. Then also for this claim they are not sure how long it will take they never even ask me how much the parcel worth or ask POP or my email address to include me when they are processing this claim, they are still quite till today. I am the one who is calling them every day to check how far is the claim process? their answer always we not sure how long it will take but as soon as we receive something we will update you.
