The Courier Guy - Disgusting Service

If I could give 0 stars I would. Despite being a loyal customer for some years now, my account has been suspended even though it is in Credit to the value of R 86.77. The parcel I want to send is at a cost of R 60 but they would rather loose business over a R 12 shortfall. Then further to this, I request that the immediately close my account but they want to refund me my R 86.77 in 10 days. What a joke. This is tantamount to ***** and theft as far as I am concerned. Complaint has been lodged with Consumer Goods & Services Ombudsman with reference V91NOLDY
