The Courier Guy- Disappointing and unsympathetic or apologetic

Booked an Overnight delivery for an essential package to my child in Boarding School on Monday. It is now Friday and it has now been investigated 3 times and been on calls with 20 consultants and been advised that the package is in 4 different locations. I have been promised follow up phone call or email 8 times. Once I ask for specific information, I'm promised a follow up which never materializes.
