The Courier Guy - Deserves to go under!!

Hi,

Be aware of "The Courier Guy". In the last two weeks, I have sent four parcels with them and two of these parcels were delivered to their destinations in a crushed and broken state.

Although it cannot be proven, I strongly believe that the problem lies with the management at their Johannesburg distribution hub. They need to educate and train their employees on how to handle the parcels entrusted to them.

"The Courier Guy" does not seem to care about client service. They refuse to accept any responsibility or even give the illusion to care.

The company deserves to go under!!
