The Courier Guy deserve a standing ovation

I make regular use of the Courier Guy because they just understand how to make interfacing with a business seamless. From their simple and easy to use online booking system to their PUDO lockers to their amazing drivers and speedy service. When I shop online I usually keep my fingers crossed that the company that I am buying from uses The Courier Guy, very very reliable fast delivery ANYWHERE in the country. What I love even more is that they even go into townships! I true SA company! I thought that they could not exceed my level of satisfaction. Until yesterday when one of their drivers did not collect a parcel that I requested a collection for, probably went to the wrong place. I contacted The Courier Guy on the online chat and they promised that they will escalate my query. I had hardly finished my chat when about 5 minutes later I received notification that my parcel has been collected! They went above and beyond to organise an Uber to collect my parcel. I was completely bowled over by this level of customer service. I honestly think that this company has to be most underrated courier company in the country! I would not use anyone else.
