The courier guy delivery dissapoinment
Disappointed with the service. I logged a collection and delivery on the 5th of May around 10 in the morning. Estimated collection was the 6th,and it didn't happen so I thought they collect on the 8th of May because they estimated date changed to that date. And still they didn't collect, only for them to change the estimated date for collection to the 11th of May, and the delivery to between the 14th and the 18th of May. Mind you initially the service was supposed to take 3-5 working days. Their whatsapp consulted are just useless because even they connect you to a consultant you wait for so long to be connected and then the consultant doesn't even talk to you. What a let down.

It is clearly stated on the collection note for them to call the number beforehan. They didn't call,they didn't even show up on the property. What kind of service is this??!!
