The Courier Guy: Delivering to Everywhere Except the Actual Address

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received from Courier Guy. If I provide my correct address AND a pin, that does not mean you should deliver my package to a random address without even asking for the pin. What is the point of having a delivery pin system if your drivers ignore it?

I have truly been let down by this company. I trusted Courier Guy to handle my delivery properly, and instead my package has ended up with someone else — and I have received zero communication or accountability.

It’s very disappointing that a company calling itself a courier service cannot even complete the most basic requirement: delivering to the correct address. I hope whoever has my package is happy, because clearly Courier Guy doesn’t care whether their customers receive what they paid for.

I used to trust Courier Guy, but after this experience, I honestly don’t anymore.
