The Courier Guy daylight *******.....

Extremely disappointed in Courier Guy, i booked collection for a matress in Joburg to East London and when it arrived 3 days later they informed me that the bill was R4800 needless to say i was shocked that's what it costs to cart a vehicle and this is a matress. I've tried without prejudice to have them relook and recalculate so that a fair amount can be achieved for both parties. It just day light ******* that a matress that weighs 42kgs can cost that much to transport. And they have dealt with this issue with prejudice as they don't hold the values they claim of customer satisfaction mattering to them at all. This is totally atrocious to be honest.
