The Courier Guy Damages Parcels!!!

We will no longer be doing collections from our customers and delivering them back again, after 10 years of using The Courier Guy, in the last month they have damaged 2 of our customers gaming consoles and then tried to cover it up by putting them in one of their boxes so we can't see that they have been damaged! Now they refuse to replace them for the customer.

We then sent the customer a replacement PS4 Slim console, and they have now lost that one too.

Stay away from #TheCourierGuy they say they handle your package, yes they handle it very badly and you will probably lose your items if they do collect and send it for you.

Or when you get it, it will be so damaged that you can never use it anyway, and then they going to basically tell you, it your problem!
