The Courier Guy Damages everything they touch

I am a Marketplace seller and we ship about 100 parcels a day for Makro, The courier damages our parcels so much that our only losses are from them, even a thickly bubble wrapped and in a box parcel suffers damage, i have seen how dont take care when packing parcels, a number of us sellers are coming together and will try to convince Makro to stop using the courier guy. they need to teach their people heavy stuff cant be packed on light item.
