The Courier Guy Damaged my package and refuse to own up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the 23/06/2022 The Courier Guy delivered our printer it was visibly damaged when we booked it for collection we stated that it was an extremely fragile package and because it was refurbished we were unable to get insurance. When the delivery guy came we took pictures of the machine and he said he will report it as the machine was visibly damaged broken by the finisher as well. I then proceeded to call Ben from the East London Deport. He requested pics of the Photocopy machine and then blatantly told me despite the obvious damage they caused they will take no responsibility for the damage caused we now sitting with a defective printer and The Courier Guy refuses to accept blame for mishandling a package that had red tape written fragile on it.
