The Courier guy - Damaged my goods (Need FULL Refund on items)

I am not very impressed with The Courier guy. They damaged both items I sold to a Customer and I need to Claim for them. I will take legal actions if they do not pay me for the damaged goods. Shipment - HWMLQB Damage (Customer can not use it) Shipment - BHZ230216 Damage (Customer can not use it))
