The Courier Guy damaged my gas stove from Makro

I ordered a new gas stove from Makro they used The courier guy for delivery. They sent one person to offload and my stove was damaged. The stove was dropped and handled without any care from the courier company. There was also witness to how this person handled our delivery. My advise never ever use the Courier guy for any deliveries and if you order from Makro make sure they use someone ells for your delivery. I am now struggling with Makro to exchange my brand new fully paid for danaged gad stove. People have one job and they cant even do that properly.
