The Courier Guy I wish I read all reviews before using them. Not only have they damaged 3 parcels of mine (YES I made sure I both bubble wrapped and cling wrapped it 8 times over maybe even 10 to be sure) without a care or response to any of my emails, no refund either they made me delay my orders being sent out by telling me to open up an account as I was sending numerous parcels and could have received a better rate with them they never got back to me after almost a week and when I followed up with them I was told my cash account (not credit or app**** for credit with them) is declined due to the nature of my business yet a friend of mine sends out much larger and heavier goods that are more at risk than mine.

They do not value clients, their customer service is horrible based on hello Peter and the numerous complaints I have found here too. Think twice before using them, they clearly have their hands full and do not value “new business”.

I have found another courier company which was such a breath of fresh air! (LDS)
