The Courier Guy

Only giving one star because im forced to! The courier guy is the worst parcel service around. They excepted my parcel and insurance. They picked up the package and damaged it so badly that the original insulating bubblewrap packaging went missing and could never be found. The package was so badly handled that a metal pulley was bent where it was obviously dropped. Then after calling them to inform them they miraculously found that they did not damage the item and that it was damaged in transit (by who i wonder) may i also add that the parcel was couriered from Durban to Empangeni (that is +-180km on a national higway The N2) then said they wont honor the insurance i PAID for because they dont insure car parts, yet they accepted the insurance money even after a correct discription was given of what is in the package. The waybill clearly states that the package is insured. They also chose to add that bubble wrap in a box is not adequate packaging. Yet exepted the parcel as it was into their care.
