The Courier Guy Company is synonymous with BAD SERVICE

This is the most useless courier company in South Africa, on 10 different occasions where they had to deliver an item to me it has always been a disaster, they never have a set delivery time, you spend an entire day waiting for them, even when they arrive at your residence, their drivers do not always have airtime for even for a please call, only when the driver has left then the office will call to say the driver has left, they would never call you while the driver is there. they really don't care about service delivery, I will never use the courier guy, going forward any service provider that mentions that they will use the courier guy to send my purchase, i will rather not patronise that service provider
