Worst Takealot preferred courier during peak times

The Courier guy \ suck! Worst Takealot preferred ever. Stopped using them for my JHB deliveries in April because they were shocking with bookings. Started taking my own shipments to Takealot JHB and never had a late shipment in JHB since.

The Courier guy Cape town - Simply the worst. They dont book shipments in time in peak times - Fathersday/ mothersday, Black friday and christmas trading. They spin out You can mail them - Samantha Baretto, Sharon Anderson and Liesel whoever and they simply ignore you. They dont respond to mails and their phone lines almost never get answered.

You will lose money and have your lead times suspended thanks to these guys.

Used them for 4 years now and its the same story every year. Does not change
