The Courier Guy Cape Town Hub not helping to resolve issues

On 24th of March 2026 I did my first business with Pudo service. I ordered 2x 20kg buckets Honey from the Koppies area in Freestate, both buckets was collected the same time. Today, 30th of March 2026 I received 1x bucket only (Waybill LL-GDZ0RO) in good condition. The 2nd Bucket on waybill LL-5JJL4D got damaged on the lid, after spending numerous times on the phone with call center, and the Durban branch, I still cant get a hold of the Cape Town branch. Now still 30th of March 17h05 I still have no idea on what actual condition the bucket is in. Apparently it is at the Cape Town Hub, but no one helps to get this sorted, or at least no one is getting back to me on what the way forward is. I have a small business I am running and on-time delivery for me is very important. I get the feeling that "The Courier Guy employees" is not worried about that at all.
