The Courier Guy Cape Town has the worst customer service

I find it absolutely frustrating to work with The Courier Guy Cape Town. For a parcel that was supposed to be delivered within three days, it now has been two weeks and still, no delivery has taken place. When I try to phone them, I cannot get through. When I e-mail them, they do respond that the relevant person will get back to me. Yet, it takes follow-up upon follow up for Euraima Choffinal to get back to me. When she finally responded after business hours two days later, she made a promise that she did not keep, and she never even apologised for not getting back to me or for the bad service that they have given. It is strange that a company that overall gives great service, has one branch that is useless.
