The courier guy can't tell me where my parcel is

Apparently my parcel was delivered to my office 2 weeks ago, however the courier guy cannot give me name is a signed waybill. They don't answer the phone or email, the what's app number is useless too. I bought from a local small business and I feel that they will not make good business using this courier service, as their delivery service.
