The Courier Guy - can they be trusted?

I was ****med on 8 May 2026. I called Tyme Bank, FNB and then reported this to the police and have a case number.

I believe TCG to be negligent, in that I was not informed of a change of the collection date. I did not receive an sms or an email for my contact details on the weighbill. I booked the collection. On Friday 8 May I sent a whatsapp to TCG asking for confirmation that the parcel had been collected, and received no response.

TCG received a call from un unknown number, requesting postponement of collection.

I've made many calls to TCG, I was given two different reference numbers. I was asked to call the branch manager but he is never available. I have explained over and over again to support staff who are not trained to handle *****.

I have received a refund of the delivery fee. I have not asked or even suggested payment of the amount I was ****med. That is not the point, I do believe that you should do better than this. I am very disappointed in TCG.
