The Courier Guy

Good morning...

So I ordered products from Abel Sensehair and paid the courier fee as well buh the "Courier Guy" failed to communicate when delivering my products. The only communication was the sms I got on how to track my Parcells. However they did not call me when they got to the place of delivery 2days in a row and they **** about not finding anyone at home and phones not being answered. So apparently my products were sent back to the factory and my supplier wants me to pay up courier fee again for my parcels to be delivered again of which is not fair. Please assist...
