When my Solar Panels arrived it was shattered. The driver apologised and even wrote the words damaged on my waybill with a number to call his manager.

His manager responded that they do not transport glassware and they are not liable for the damaged they caused to my solar panels.

Be careful who you trust to transport your valuables.
