The Courier Guy Bounces Back!

On Tuesday, 11/01/2022, I wrote a negative review on how disappointed I was with the service and feedback received from The Courier Guy. Yesterday, 13/01/2022, I was fortunate enough to deal with the National Sales Manager, Chamaine Cilliers. She handled my query calmly and professionally and called me back, once she had the relevant answers. What a pleasure to deal with such a professional lady! Thank you so much, I received my delivery this morning!
