The Courier Guy Bloemfontein

The Courier Guy in Bloemfontein is incapable of delivering service. They don't answer their phones, the drivers don't call you or adhere to delivery instructions. The receptionists sign off on behalf of others for the parcel. The last 3 door to door parcels never arrived. I had to call the distributor only to find out that one of the receptionists signed on my behalf and the package had been laying there for 2 weeks. If you confront the manager he just laughs and says it's normal. I've currently been waiting 2 weeks for a parcel that has been checked into Bloem for 7 working days.
