The Courier Guy

So not happy with the service we received from The Courier Guy. We booked a parcel from Centurion to Kokstad on Wednesday the 20th of May 2020 for overnight, still waiting for it to be delivered. We phoned Head Office yesterday and had a very nice guy trying to help us but he could not get through to the Kokstad branch as they did not answer the phone. Today we phoned Head Office again to follow up on the delivery and the consultant told us to phone Kokstad, we tried calling the Landline and the After hours number several times but still no answer. We phoned Head Office again, the consultant told us that we must try calling Kokstad on Monday as they close at 12pm.

Our company will not be using The Courier Guy anymore!
