The courier guy - bad services

The courier guy delivery services is absolutely terrible. Every time a business send a package and use there services I wait so long . I’m currently waiting on a delivery its been almost a week since my delivery is at there depot. I don’t get any response to way there a delay is only that the matter will be looking into it. I’ve been sending email on emails just no help. I’m absolutely disappointed in the courier guy.
