The courier guy bad service

Courier guy is totally unhelpful, drove all the way from the Vaal to Kya Sands to collect my Parcel to forward onto my customer, however no one can assist and tell me how long it will take to retrieve my Parcel, I'm told to sit in my car and wait until they find the parcel, made a call again on the main line only to be told someone is looking for it, but can't tell me how long , with all the technology they have, they are absolutely useless, they have no respect for senior citizens will never use this company again my tracking no for reference is 6R748G
