I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from The Courier Guy. I booked and paid for an overnight courier service, expecting the parcel to be collected from Midrand and shipped the same evening. Unfortunately, this did not happen.

The assigned driver claimed he attempted to collect the parcel but could not do so due to a missing invoice. However, when I confirmed with the office at the pickup location, they stated that no driver had arrived.

I then contacted customer support via WhatsApp and spoke with an agent who did not introduce himself and offered little assistance. I was told it is not the driver’s responsibility to contact the client — a response I find both unprofessional and unacceptable.

This experience has left me seriously questioning The Courier Guy’s commitment to customer service and operational reliability. As a paying customer, I expected better communication and accountability. I hope this feedback prompts a review of your processes to prevent similar issues in the future.
