The courier guy bad service

Hi guys. I bought goods in china that cost me R10 000 total including shipping. My supplier decided to use the courier guy as the Delivery guy when my goods landed in South Africa. Unfortunately their vehicle was hijacked( The courier guy company). I put claims of R10 000 and guess what!! Today I was paid R1000. I still can't believe. A Big company like The courier guy doesn't have an insurance for their customers goods!! I'm planning to go to media and bring cameras until they pay me.
