The courier guy bad service

The courier guy said they didnt deliver my parcel because they could not get hold of me, I had my phone the whole day yesterday and I even gave them my mom's numbers as alternative but still they didn't pitch up. I sent them emails and tried calling them several times but they didn't reply later on I received an email and when I called back the guy said he's can't talk then I sent him an email saying that I'm not happy with their service and he called back and he was very angry and shouting at me. The courier guy service is very bad and they do t have good communication with customers.
