The courier guy - BAD SERVICE

Very bad service, let one know early in morning at 08:02 package will be delivered , have 2 persons waiting for the package to give the pin number etc but no package. Do not even have decency to contact me at all even through the day even when the depot is ONLY 2,5km from my house But when I complain now at 21:00 they respond with - sorry for inconvenience, driver is new" - sorry this shows how not correct training is not done
