The Courier guy back up is useless

Paid online and realised the street address was incorrect when i downloaded the waybill. so online again and whatsapp assistance started a long and wasteful time to try and first get the message across of what i need. then told it is done and then myside my spam kicks it out, no issue gmail and no attachment this time. eventually receive it and guess what no changes same old incorrect address from the start 20hrs ago, useless
