The Courier Guy

I arranged for a fragile (glass) parcel to be transported from Ottosdal (NW) to Tzaneen (Lim), even put "fragile" stickers and wrote a note stating that the parcel is fragile it should be handled with care. The parcel got damaged (broken/shuttered) in their care, now they tell me that there's nothing they can do because the damage happened when in transit from their Jhb hub. I'm extremely disappointed with how the matter was handled.
