The Courier Guy

A week and a half ago I send parcels away through The Courier Guy. Three parcels that I sealed myself and one parcel that was sealed by them (box was also bought by them). The box was NOT sealed properly. I asked them about it and was told that the box will not open. When my daugters received the parcels one of the parcels was tampered with and 6 of the items was not in the box. The box that was tampered with was the box that I bought from The Courier Guy. I conacted them and told them what happend. They asked for the photos that my daughter send me and said they will hand the complaint over to security. The day after I was contacted and told that they went through all the video footage at the Boksburg, Johannesburg and East London depo's and that my parcel was not tampered with. I asked that all the footage be send to me. Still have not received it. They are also playing the insurance card. What I want to know is why is it only the box that was bought and sealed by them that is tampered with why do they let employees get away with *****ing and tampering with parcels that is not insured. I am very disappointed and will NOT make use of their services again.
