The Courier Guy

My experience with The Courier Guy and The Pudo box method has been nothing short of absolutely disgusting and disappointing. Of the 5 boxes sent, I have only received 3 and in a shocking state with the majority of the contents smashed beyond repair and The Courier Guy have clearly stated that they are not responsible for damages or losses whatsoever. 2 Boxes have still not been delivered with ongoing e-mails informing me that either their driver has not met their timeline OR the Pudo boxes are too full for a deposit. This has been going on for days now. On contacting their support line, we are simply told the parcels are out for delivery but we do not receive them. I am warning the public to think twice before using the "cost effective " method of Pudo box and Courier Guy method. You basically get what you pay for. Cheap, shoddy, unreliable and damaging services.
