The Courier Guy - Atrocious service

I had a parcel delivered from Pretoria to me yesterday normally it takes between 1 and 2 daus to reach me this one took 4 days qhen the driver came in with my package I could see why The box was completely destroyed and the contents aoiled as you can see someone has rummaged through my package. Even my invoice in the box was crumpled and the tissue paper that theperson uses to wrap my goods inside the box was completely torn and destroyed. I have an account with The Courier Guy and they can go back and see that I have invested thousands of rands in their company through their parcel service nationally and internationally as i send between 5 and 15 packages monthly Video footage of my complaint is available and should they have the decency to contact me I would provide my account details to verify all the above. I will start looking for a new courier company of I do not get feedback from them by Monday12 February
