The Courier Guy - at your peril!

In the search to find a dedicated courier service to use for my burgeoning online business, The Courier Guy was recommended. I duly signed up, gave them my deposit against which they debit my usage. I hardly been using them for a month when a couple of days before lockdown, a batch of parcels went missing. One was eventually found and one was agreed to be credited. (the cheapest parcel of course but the process was not worth the effort) The process just to get them to return my own cash was onerous enough but I persevered out of principle. I never got any single person to deal with the issue and it was impossible to get a coherent response from anyone. To sum it up, they lost (I would say stole as they have to go somewhere!) some of my parcels costing me a few thousand and a few annoyed customers and yet never had the good grace to deal with it professionally. I have pages of emails for anyone interested in the entire sorry saga. So if you deal with them and they *****/lose your parcels, don't say you were not warned.
