The Courier Guy and their dumb staff

Packages were swopped and delivered incorrectly 2 days later nothing has been done to correct this.

The courier guy put me through to Sandra who is as stupid as door nail. She is absolutely useless has the audacity to tell me I labeled the parcel and I am lying that the parcel was labeled by the driver as the driver stated they did not label the package.

Facts 1. Package was labeled by the driver and inserted into the waybill by the driver not myself if the driver states otherwise him and his manage Lanton can come to my house and discuss the actual facts and not lies.

2. The package in Pretoria need to be collected today and dropped of by my client in boksburg today as they are going on holiday tomorrow morning.

3. The package sitting at the hub must be delivered to Pretoria today as it is need tomorrow.

4. Fault lies with The Courier Guy I don't care how it is sorted or pays to sort it out but I want this sorted out today.

5. I will escalating this to consumer protection board and the FASA if I don't receive satisfactory feedback

Also note I will be lodging a formal claim with the transport and delivery oumbud.

So as a customer I am the **** when the driver admitted fault this morning when collecting other packages
