The Courier Guy and phones.....

Been calling the local Mosselbay branch of The Courier Guy and I must admit that this is the only company in this area where the telephone service is like the service in the rest on our country, there is none! They don't care if customers complain to them regarding calls not being answered in the office, people have to drive in to check if their stuff is there or not because they don't care to answer a phone! The staff (all 4 of them) are friendly though and assist where they can but are totally overwhelmed by the amount of work and people outside queuing being helped by only 2 counter ladies......? This business is for now our only solution so that is why we use them but will most definitely find an alternative very soon.
