The Courier Guy and Makro 2 weeks now no parcel and no feedback

Hi The Courier Guy We were home the whole day to receive our order but we received nothing and yet when you didn't deliver we also didn't get a response for non delivery, I had to contact Makro and they were just as bad, they never phoned me back as promised and they also struggled to get a hold of your guys as The Courier Guy, I still don't have feedback and it's the 27th already. I had to fly back to Jhb yesterday and leave my partner in Mosselbay to take in the parcel as you guys still didn't deliver.

Very poor service from Makro as they couldn't give assistance and on Sunday was told to contact The Courier Guy ourselves. Also noticed a lot more people have the save issue with you guys at Makro and with The Courier Guy.

We now have not just delays in receiving our item bought on the 15th promised delivery on the 21st, no feedback still on the 27th, We had to come back on the 27th and now my partner had to stay behind to try accept the parcel once these two companies Makro and The Courier Guy decide to deliver.

We still didn't receive our order, We were supposed to get it on the 21st of Desember 2023 We were home that whole day and yet nothing was received. I phoned makro a few times to query when we will get it and was told they will phone me back they never got back to me, I was then given the courier guys number to follow up with only on Sunday after I phoned numerous times. I think its very unprofessional. It's the 27th and yet we had no response on when we will receive the package. I'm not a very happy customer 😒 currently as this was ordered on the 15th already and we were told it will be delivered on the 21st.

Not Makro or The Courier Guy got back to us and Makro staff said they will phone back with feedback, I'm still waiting.... Not sure they will ever phone.
