The Courier Guy and cookhouse

So on Monday the 13th of July I go onto the website of The courier Guy. I want to send a package urgently to Cookhouse in the Eastern Cape. I fill in the details and I choose overnight costing me 212.00 for the service which will take 48 hours they say. on black and white. Well on Thursday I phone to hear what time the package will be delivered only to be told it will only be delivered next week Tuesday. Hello! the 48 hours has turned into 48 days. ( ha ha ) I complain about this and then on Friday morning I hear there is an investigation as to who slipped up so that,that person can pay for the extra costs to deliver it to cookhouse today. ***? It was on the website. Now some innocent person must pay up for the mistake. That is so unheard of.

I have always used courier guy for my deliveries esp to Lephalale and have always had wonderful service. So I have no idea what changed now?
