Gone Viral send parcels on a daily basis we have had numerous parcels damaged despite Fragile stickers . Not just little damage .. smashed contents .. can’t explain why this happens ??? Today we received a parcel that wasn’t even meant for us ... how on earth does this happen?

04 Mar 2021, 00:16I sent a parcel containing spare keys to my son at Phinda .. the parcel only left 24 hours after I questioned the stagnant movement.. they gave a gesture of R95 credit but it cost me R1750 for an additional night accommodation because they never sent the parcel on time ?????
