THE COURIER GUY

I would like to share my experience with the Courier Guy. My waybill number is MPVQGH. On the 24/03/2026 I placed an order for pick up and I paid the required amount. This company has a wats app line and each time I went onto this app to track my parcel, it said estimated delivery is 08/04/2026. On the 09/04/2026 when my parcel did not arrive, I called them, only to be told my order is cancelled because I did not submit a copy of the document that they needed to pick up. On the 30/03/2026 I received an e-mail from them requesting to send through the document, which was done on the same day, it was e-mailed to ***, To date I have not received my parcel despite several e-mails, calls that I made and different reference numbers provided for my call to be escalated. On the 09/04/2026 I called in again after many other calls and complained. Rosseth Makelana escalated the call to ***, but no one has called me to resolve my query. I request a refund of the money I paid for delivery, and I would advise people not to use them as the running around is too stressful. I am now left without my parcel being delivered to me and I have to pay another company to pick up. THIS COST ME WAY MORE THAN I SUPPOSED TO PAY....
