The Courier Guy

Driver reports that nobody was home after us waiting the whole day for our delivery. We then get a message that our parcel is out for delivery on the next day. I then phone Durban branch with my tracking no, who then ask me to phone Margate branch and they give me a number to phone. I phone the number they gave me which has nothing to do with courier guy. I then phone Durban branch again and now they refer me to Port Shepstone which I phone with my tracking number. They now tell me my parcel has gone to Durban and I must phone Durban branch. I then phone Durban branch and I eventually get hold of someone who knows what they are doing. She asks for my tracking number and contacts the driver. I hold on to the phone for an answer. come back saying that driver says he will deliver before 12:00 this was at 10: 09 this morning. Poor service. Do they expect clients to wait at home for two days for them to deliver when it suits them. Shocking system. They should atleast say when sending the message to say your parcel is out for delivery. Whether it will be before 12:00 or after 12:00 so we can plan our day around this.
